Tom Paruolo is a cum laude graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and instrumental in Nelson Terry’s defense of insurance, auto, and trucking cases. A member of both the Oklahoma Insurance Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute, he is highly respected by colleagues for his talents and knowledge in difficult defense cases. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Paruolo provides consulting and training services relating to insurance coverage, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, bad faith, and claims handling.
His areas of practice include: insurance defense/coverage, auto and trucking liability defense, construction law, products liability, and employment law.
